Max Zimmer, originally from Sprimont, left his home town to settle along the Ourthe, in the setting of the Roches grises, in a house that elegantly combines stone, glass and wood, where he will later create his restaurant: Un Max de Goût. With Erika, who officiates in the dining room with as much smile as efficiency, they will continue the adventure, and very quickly delight all the mouths that come their way. 

Always on the lookout to offer a range of attractive and original preparations, Max is a chef who, with magnificent aplomb, creates a cuisine of research, high in flavour, with a very personal generosity, working with quality products and favouring local purchases.
